The manager of the Titan Gas Station on South 11th Street in Gadsden, was arrested by members of the Gadsden PD during an undercover operation last Friday (May 17th).

According to Gadsden Police Captain Bobby Jackson, at around 2:30 that afternoon members of the department’s Special Projects Team were conducting an operation where an underage person will go inside a store and attempt to purchase alcohol.

After a successful purchase at the store, officers entered the business to issue citations and at that time, witnessed what appeared to be packages of salvia, lying beside a set of digital scales behind the counter.

DTF Agents were called in and they took possession of the items and arrested the manager of the store.

It’s unclear at this time if additional arrests will be made in connection with the case.
