22 year old Monica Louisa Richardson remains in the Etowah County Detention Center on a cash bond of $10,000; that, following her arrest on the charge of Chemical Endangerment of a Child.
Sheriff Todd Entrekin stated the Gadsden woman tested positive for methamphetamine use during her pregnancy and she admitted as much to investigators; as a condition of her bond Richardson will be required to successfully complete a drug treatment program; she will be supervised by Etowah County Corrections.
