Little information is being released however Etowah County law enforcement officials have confirmed that a woman was arrested Tuesday morning, in connection with the death of her infant.
Gadsden Police took 22 year old Autumn Vanessa Gray into custody at around 10:30am at a residence along North Sixth Street – where they arrived to find the infant deceased. Officers stated that they expect to charge Gray with Reckless Murder.
