A former employee of an Etowah County drug treatment facility, stands accused of sexually abusing a teenager while she was employed there.
Sheriff Todd Entrekin states that 27 year old Zia Grace Jacobs has been charged with Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree, in connection with the alleged contact between herself and a 15 year old male.
Jacobs’ arrest came in the wake of an indictment being presentenced to a grand jury.
She was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center, and later released on September 16th on a bond of $2,500.
