Gang Member Known as “Monster” Arrested in Connection with Shooting Incident

Monster 3A 21 year old known as “Monster”, has been arrested by Floyd County Police in connection with the March shooting of a South Rome resident.

21 year old Stephen Rasheed Miller of Riverdale Georgia has been charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit murder – aggravated battery – and participation in a criminal street gang. Miller, commonly known as “Monster” is currently serving a state sentence at a Department of Corrections facility in Morrow, Georgia, for another offense.

26 year old Willie Stubbs was shot during an altercation with Miller – March 16th on South Broad Street. That shooting was reportedly the result of an incident taking place the night before at the Chevy Club involving members of the “Blood” street gang.

Stubbs continues to recover from his wounds.
