Dr. James Andrews performed the surgery.
Charles had been experiencing pain in both knees and went on injured reserve on Nov. 1st. “We anticipate the recovery will be fine,” Chiefs trainer Rick Burkholder said. “We’ll see how it goes.”
Charles had been recovering from a torn ACL, which he suffered last season.
