A rep for the actor confirmed to ABC News that he wed model Kathryn Boyd on Saturday.
The blushing bride took to Instagram to share a couple of black-and-white photos from the ceremony, held in North Carolina.
Boyd said in one caption, “Greatest day of my life. Easy. Hands down. Happy. Loving. Special. Complete. …@joshbrolin I love you.”
Another caption simply read: “Husband.”
Previously, Brolin, 48, revealed that he was a bit of a groom-zilla when it came to planning the wedding.
“I’m such a control freak and I want to control everything,” he told E! News. “It’s not even that I want to control it; I just want to be in the middle of it. I want to be in the nucleus of it because that’s the fun part. That’s the nectar.”
The Oscar-nominated actor’s rep confirmed in May that Brolin and Boyd were engaged.
This is the third marriage for Brolin, who was previously married to actress Diane Lane. He has two adult children — Trevor, 28, and daughter Eden, 22 — from his first marriage, to Alice Adair.
