A 23 year old Leesburg man has been arrested and charged with the Sexual Abuse of a child less than 12 years of age.
According to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, James Howard Hancock was booked into the Detention Center at 10:51 a.m. Friday and is being held on a $40,000 bond.
