On Thursday the Leesburg Police Department arrested 50 year old James Carl Oliver from Valley Head charging him with unlawful distribution of Controlled Substance and Unlawful distribution of drug paraphernalia both which are felonies.
According to Leesburg Police Chief Lanny Ransum, this has been an ongoing investigation and other arrests are expected to be made in the case.
