A Cherokee County woman was hurt in a single-vehicle wreck taking place Sunday evening.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, Jamie Cotton age 26 of Leesburg, driving a 2002 Dodge was injured in the wreck on County Road 29 shortly before 7:00pm.
No additional information was available regarding the extent of her injuries; that report did note however, that she was wearing her seat belt at the time.
That wreck remains under investigation by state troopers.
