A stolen bulldog lands a Gadsden man behind bars.

25-year old Bradley Mark Bowlin is charged with one count of second degree theft of property, which is a felony.

Bowlin allegedly stole the English Bulldog, on July 16, from a residence on Highway 77 just outside of Attalla.

After making a report, the victim found an ad and picture of an English Bulldog on Craig’s List.

The seller was from Gadsden.

The victim arranged to purchase the dog, for $85 from the seller Bradley Bowlin.

When the purchase was complete another report was taken and Bowlin was arrested on July 24. The rightful owner says the bulldog is worth $800.
