Two individuals remain behind bars in northwest Georgia after being charged with arson.
47 year old David Wayne Williams and Donna Gail Warren, age 50, have been charged with setting fire to a Chevy S-10 pickup at Smith Road and Manning Lake back on April 21st.
The truck, valued at $3,500, was then reported stolen and an insurance claim filed.
Warren was additionally charged with making a false report of a crime.
Williams has additionally been charged with theft by receiving stolen property, and theft by deception for allegedly selling a 1989 Cutlass Calais to someone for $300; an arrest warrant stated that Williams knew or should have known, that the vehicle had been stolen.
