Special agents of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested an Albertville resident after they discovered hundreds of images of child pornography – some of which involved infants and toddlers.
43 year old Rodney Shane Bolding is charged with the possession of child pornography and with dissemination of child pornography; the arrest comes on the heels of a tip being called in on Wednesday.
Agents executed a search warrant which resulted in the seizure of multiple hard drives and phones containing a huge amount of child pornography.
No additional information is being released at this time, as the investigation is on-going.
Bolding is being held in the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $100,000.
