A single vehicle rollover in Floyd County resulted in multiple injuries.
The accident occurred just south of Hennon Drive on Highway 27 at around 3:00pm leaving the vehicle upside down in a ditch.
Two adults, including a pregnant woman, and two children were in the vehicle.
The driver, 24 year old Cody Trimble of Trion was able to get out of the car on his own – but the female passenger, 23 year old Kelsey Wallin, also of Trion, had to be extricated.
Both she and the children – ages one and five – were transported by ambulance to Redmond Regional Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
According to Trooper Shan Burnette – Trimble was cited for both DUI and Driving without a License.
