Man Facing Multiple Charges After Passing Out at McDonald’s

MedinaA 33 year old Rome resident is facing a number of charges – after apparently passing out at the Shorter Avenue McDonald’s on Sunday.

Staff members called law enforcement to the restaurant after they were unable to wake the man – later identified as Miguel Medina.

After coming to, Medina allegedly threatened to shoot one of the officers.

According to reports he was found to be in possession of a phony State of Georgia ID Card, a fake Social Security Card and a USA Permanent Resident Card, with a different name on it.

Medina was placed under arrest, and charged with Terroristic Threats & Acts, three counts of Forgery 2nd Degree, Criminal Trespass and Public Drunk.
