Mr. Billy G. Trammell, age 78 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Monday, November 10th at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Friday, November 14th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Hindman officiating; burial will follow in Weiss Lake Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8PM Thursday.
Pallbearers include Benny Davenport, Arnell Sharpe, Steve Lindsey, Gene Todd, Jack Wood and Joe McElroy. Honorary Pallbearers will be Harvey McElroy, Jason McElroy, Doug Machleit and John Jennings.
Survivors include His wife, Marie Griggs Trammell; sons, Rickey Trammell of Cedar Bluff, Billy Wayne (Beverly) Trammell of Cedar Bluff, Gary Allen Trammell of Cedar Bluff; grandchildren, Patricia Trammell, Ashly (Shane) Reynolds; great grandchildren, Chloe Brown, Kayleigh Brown, Patrick Bo Canada; several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Patrick Trammell.
Mr. Trammell was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Robert “Buddy” and Julie Mae Crider Trammell and was of the Baptist faith.
