Mr. Charles Hartline, age 63 of Gaylesville, passed away Friday, December 12th at Erlanger Medical Center

Funeral services will be 1:PM Monday, December 14th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Charles Bishop, Steve Bishop, Rev. Sanford Deberry an Rev. Johnny Hartline officiating; burial will follow in Davis Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:PM Sunday.

Pallbearers include Elbert McCullough, Chris Burleson, Michael Bevels, Lance McCullough, Brock Black, Joe Hartline, Hunter Williams, Hayden Williams. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Sentell, great nephews, Kirk Blankenship, Greg Roberts, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Dept.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda Joyce Bishop Hartline; daughter, Brooke (John) Sentell of Gaylesville; brothers, Robert (Judy) Hartline of Gaylesville, David (Pat) Hartline of Gaylesville, Johnny (Karen) Hartline of Gaylesville, Tommy (Pam) Hartline of Valley Head; sisters, Vester (Junior) McCullough of Gaylesville, Carolyn (Donald) Payne of Gaylesville, Von (JB) Gentry of Gaylesville; grandchildren, Jacksen “Jack” & Charlee “Sissy-Bug” Sentell; several nieces & nephews.

Mr. Hartline was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Robert Lee and Maude Townsend Hartline, he was a truckdriver and was of the Baptist faith.
