Mr. Joe Allen Tierce, age 64 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Friday February 17th at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm Sunday at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Vanpelt and Dr. Jeremy Deaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery in Forney. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1pm until the service hour at the funeral home.
Survivors include his sons, Bron Tierce and Todd Tierce both of Centre, Step-son Chad Stephens; Brother Lester (Sarah) Tierce of Centre; Sister Sheila (Larry) Stephens of Rome; Step-Sister, Stephanie Weaver; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Pallbearers include Kenneth Dobbs, Jeff Rhinehart, Tony Rhinehart, Dennis Renfroe, and David Rhinehart.
Mr. Tierce was a native of Floyd County, Georgia, the son of late William Sim and Joyce Cook Tierce, and was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Gaylesville.
