Mr. Joseph Albert Blackwell age 59 of Rainsville, AL passed away Friday May 26, 2017. Funeral services are set for 2pm Sunday, May 28 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial to follow in the Town Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3pm until 8pm Saturday May 27, 2017 at the funeral home.
