Mr. Nelson Howard “Bud” St Clair, age 74 of Leesburg, passed away Wednesday, March 4th at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 3:PM Friday at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Hosey officiating. Burial will follow at Sand Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:PM until 2:30PM Friday.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sand Rock Baptist Church.
Mr. St Clair’s Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Grimes St Clair; son, Chris St Clair; daughters, Tammy (Michael) Fleming, Terrie (Terry) Teat all of Sand Rock; sisters, Lois (Morris) Aldridge of Sand Rock, Helen Cobia of Gadsden; 5 grandchildren, Julianne (Andrew) Wills, Jared Fleming, Dustin (Lindsey) Teat, Jordan (Marley) Fleming, Taryn (Nick) Lyles; 5 great-grandchildren, Tucker Teat, Charleigh Teat, Ellie Teat, Colbie Lyles, Boone Wills, several nieces and nephews.
Mr. St Clair was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Noah and Ruby Giles St Clair, was a retired mail carrier and a member of Sand Rock Baptist Church.
