Mrs. Ilene Edith Howard Cochran, age 70 of Centre passed away Saturday June 25, 2016 in Cherokee County Health and Rehab in Centre.

Mrs. Cochran was born in Chattooga County, a daughter of the late Lonnie W. Howard, and Maggie Akins Howard. She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald C. Cochran, and a son, Ronnie Lee Cochran.

Survivors include son, Donnie Cochran, Leesburg, brothers, Hubert W. Howard, Lanette, Al; sisters, Laverne Terry, Leesburg, Al; Eunice Terry, Rome; Doris N. Hill Stockbridge; grandchildren, Tracy, Ronnie, and Lori, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday June 29, 2016 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.’s Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bobby Stephens, officiating. Graveside and interment services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday June 30, Fairview Memorial Gardens, in Stockbridge, Ga.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. until the hour of service on Wednesday, at Panrik Jennings, Sr.’s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
