MRS. JANET BAIN RICHARDSON, age 62 of Centre, passed away Saturday March 28th at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 7:PM Tuesday, March 31st at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Prater and Rev. Ron Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Cherokee Memory Garden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7:PM Tuesday. Memorials may be made to the Providence Baptist Church or the family will accept flowers.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Amanda (Brad) Walker , Kristi (Josh) Alexander and Rebecca (Jon) Hammett all of Centre; brothers, Robert Bain of Chattanooga, TN, Charles Bain of Cedar Bluff and Dale (Wanda Jo)Bain of Summerville, GA; sister, Debra (Jamie) Scott of Centre; grandchildren, Blake & Abby Walker, Cody Brown, Bain & Ava Hammett and Sunder, Jansen & Banks Alexander & several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Richardson; and two brothers, David and Benny Bain.
Mrs. Richardson was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Russell Howard and Haynie Sitton Bain and was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
