Mrs. JoAnn Shankles Owens, age 79 of Fort Payne died Sept 26th at Crowne Health Care. Funeral Service will be Wed. Sept 28th at 2:00 PM at Kerby Funeral Home with Rev. Watson Williams and Rev. Erby Wooten.
Burial will follow in Lacey Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tues. the 27th from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Wed. from 9:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM.
