WRGA News Reports
It appears as though this year’s Wings Over North Georgia Air Show may be biggest ever.
Buses shuttled people to and from the Richard B. Russell Regional Airport from State Mutual Stadium almost non-stop throughout the day Saturday.
In addition to exposure for the airport, the air show is also bringing in revenue. The Wings Over North Georgia AirShow will continue Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
The US Air Force Thunderbirds will once again be performing.
You can catch a shuttle to the airport at State Mutual Stadium, Armuchee High School or the Thornton Center.
