One person was taken to the hospital in the wake of a two vehicle accident occurring on Highway 9 North at the intersection with County Road 92 in front of the County Store in Cedar Bluff on Friday afternoon.
Cedar Bluff Police, Firefighters and Cherokee EMS were called to the scene. Traffic was brought to one lane for a brief period as firefighters removed debris from the road and both vehicles were cleared. The driver of one of the vehicles was taken to the hospital by Cherokee EMS while the other appeared to be uninjured.
That accident occurred just after 4:00 p.m., we’ll have additional information when the Cedar Bluff Police Department accident report is released.
