Piedmont Coach Steve Smith spent some time in the WEIS Radio studios on Tuesday morning – discussing a variety of topics ranging from his start in sports – his decision to go into the field of coaching – and growing up in this area.
Coach Smith has received many awards and honors, including a recent one which meant a great deal to him:
Smith also shared with listeners an overview of his career, and many of the lessons he learned in life as a result of being involved in sports and he said those lessons are more important than ever for today’s youth.
