A Piedmont man is facing a variety of charges after being arrested Wednesday afternoon in Cherokee County.
Gregory Lamar McCurdy, age 51 was charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs and with DUI.
McCurdy was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center shortly before 3:00pm – where he remains awaiting setting of bond.
