Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies Held For The New Graves Three Rivers Landing Located Between Centre and Cedar Bluff

Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies were held on Wednesday afternoon for a brand new recreation facility located at the junction of Alabama Highway 9 and County Road 63 commonly referred to as Blackwell’s Crossroads.

Graves Three Rivers Landing is not completely finished but is open to the public, Jerry Culberson, President of Anglers Unlimited tells us more –

The name of the new facility is “Graves Three Rivers Landing” to thank the Graves family for the use of their land and because the Chattooga, Little and Coosa Rivers all join at the site of the park.

The facility features a 20 ft. wide concrete boat ramp, 80 x 6 courtesy pier, security lighting, parking, temporary toilet and signage has been completed and is ready for use. Plans also call for a weigh station pavilion and additional parking to accommodate up 100 plus vehicles and boat trailers.

There is no charge to the public to use the facility as it is open for public use. The only source of funding to complete and maintain the facility will be derived from donations and grants. There will be a donation box onsite near the park entrance and exit or you can mail donations to P.O. Box 283, Centre Alabama, 35960. All donations are tax deductible.

Culberson tells WEIS Radio News that the faster they can raise funds, the quicker they can complete the park.
