The Hi Tech Express in Collinsville celebrated the official opening of its new deli and hot bar, featuring “Broaster to Go” broasted chicken.
We spoke with owner Peter Patel.
Area first responders and Collinsville Mayor Johnny Traffanstedt were among the special guests.
The deli is open 9 until 9, seven days a week.
The Hi Tech Express is located on the corner of Highway 68 and Highway 11.
WEIS Radio will be there for a live remote broadcast this Saturday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
