School Board To Consider Breakfast Price Increase

The Next meeting of the Cherokee County Board of education is coming up this Tuesday, May 28th at 6 p.m.

The board is expected to consider a breakfast price increase for the 2013-2014 School Year and review the proposed policy concerning sex offenders on Cherokee County School System property.

Other agenda items include the approval of a 25-percent match for a “Cops Helping Schools” Grant and various personnel matters.

The board will also consider whether or not to grant the Superintendent the authority to hire additional Summer School teachers as needed.

Tuesday’s school board meeting will be held at the Central Office on Main Street in Centre.
