The Cherokee County Sheriff’s has issued two notifications advising residents of the change of address for two Sex Offenders currently residing in Cherokee County.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Raymond Eugene Shepard now resides at 4610 US Highway 411 North in Centre. Shepard is described as being a white male with brown hair and eyes standing five feet ten inches tall and weighing 190 pounds, he is required to register as a sex offender due to a previous conviction of Statutory Rape.

Also, Leah Brown Garmany has registered a new address with the Sheriff’s Office now residing at 2376 Highway 68 West in Sand Rock. Garmany is described as a white female with blonde hair and green eyes standing five feet eight inches tall weighing 150 pounds, she is required to register as a sex offender due to a previous conviction of Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree.
