Stolen Bobcat Tractor and Utility Trailer Found in Southside

ECSO - TooleyAccording to information in a news release from Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin two men have been placed under arrest in connection with stolen property cases.

44 year old Joseph Bryan Tooley of Boaz, was arrested on May 24th – charged with one count of burglary third degree and one count of first degree theft of property – both felonies.

39 year old Jeffrey Lewis Frohock of a Southside address was also arrested May 24th and he was charged with one count of receiving stolen property first degree, which is also a felony.

ECSO - FrohockAccording to Sheriff Entrekin Tooley broke into a barn in the Rockledge community – sometime between May 20th and 22nd – and took a Bobcat tractor and utility trailer.

During the investigation the two items were found to be in Frohock’s possession at a residence in Southside.

Both men were booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on bond with bond for Tooley having been set at $7,500 while bond for Frohock was set at $5,000.
