Jury selection took place on Monday morning – and the murder and armed robbery trial for 27 year old Jamarrcus Rhashad Sullivan will begin Tuesday in Floyd County Superior Court.
Sullivan is one of three individuals accused of killing and robbing 39 year old Kevin Daniel, at his home on Wheeler Street in June of 2013; his charges include murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and the possession of a firearm during commission of a crime.
His co-defendants – 32 year old Christopher Smith, and 23 year old Antonio Jones – will be tried at a later date.
