A Chattooga County, Georgia man has been arrested on the charge of Computer Pornography of a Minor, after allegedly engaging in a “sexually graphic” conversation with a ten year old girl via Facebook.
42 year old James Warren Simmons of Summerville was taken into custody late last week after a search warrant was obtained by the sheriff’s office, to investigate the “improper communication” between the suspect and the child.
According to Sheriff Mark Schrader’s office the man befriended the child on Facebook and knew her age and a lot of information about her.
According to investigators – Simmons began sending the ten year old sexually graphic messages, almost immediately.
Bond has yet to be set in that case.
