A Summerville man was arrested Sunday afternoon after allegedly burglarizing a residence on Old Summerville Road.
According to a Floyd County jail report, 24 year old Earl Walter Wright Jr., admitted that he entered a pool room detached from the main residence – and took pool sticks, and a beer & wine jug; he was also accused of taking a hammer and a gas can from the carport.
Wright also allegedly gave the incorrect name to police when questioned then proceeded to give them three different social security numbers.
Wright has been charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Theft by Taking, and with Giving False Information.
