Three Cherokee County Men Arrested on Drug Charges Monday Night

Three Cherokee County men were arrested Monday night on drug charges.

According to information on the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website, 23 year old Mark Allen Salmon of Gaylesville, 18 year old Austin Kyle Hubbard of Cedar Bluff, and 32 year old Jammy Trent White of Centre, were each charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Salmon was also charged with Failure to Appear, on a previous charge of Failure to Display Insurance.

Salmon was placed under arrest by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office deputies and by Centre Police officers, while both Hubbard and White were arrested by Sheriff’s Office deputies.

All three individuals were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center between the hours of 11:00pm and midnight – where they remain, awaiting setting of bond.
