Three Cherokee County Residents Arrested on Drug Charges Sunday

Three Cherokee County residents were arrested on drug charges Sunday.

Miller, JamieJamie Lynn Miller, age 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested and charged with three Counts of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession o Drug Paraphernalia.

Miller, Terry36 year old Terry DeWayne Miller, also of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia along with Tampering with Physical Evidence and Criminal Littering.

Both were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just before 5:00pm.

McMurrayTony Michael McMurray, age 60 of Centre – was arrested and charged with three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of the Prohibition Law.

He was booked in shortly after 11:30pm.

According to information listed on the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website – the bond for Jamie Lynn Miller stands at $1,000 while bond for Terry DeWayne Miller has been set at $1,500.

Bond for McMurray has yet to be set.

All three individuals currently remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
