Two individuals were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County Sunday night.
Donna Louise Cooper, 44 of Fairmont was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – meanwhile 38 year old Centre resident Toby Gwinn Abernathy was charged with a single count of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Both were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center around 10:30pm where they remain awaiting a bond hearing.
