According to indictments from Floyd County Superior Court, two individuals have been indicted on charges of child molestation.
In July – 42 year old Scott Richard Overman, and 33 year old Jennifer Magdalene Tolbert – were both extradited from Wisconsin to Rome to face those charges.
According to Floyd County Jail reports, Tolbert was in the room when Overman molested one of the victims, and she then reportedly molested the children herself.
Both remain in the Floyd County Jail without bond.
