Two Hurt in County Road 155 Accident

Two people were injured in a one-vehicle wreck in Cherokee County, shortly after midnight Wednesday, approximately six miles northeast of Centre.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report that crash took place at 12:30am on County Road 155 and involved a 2011 Ford, driven by a 22 year old resident of Ft Payne, Rawls Brisendine; both the driver and a passenger in the vehicle, 23 year old Matt Gaylor of Cedar Bluff, were listed on the report as being hurt in the mishap.

No additional information was available regarding the extent of either man’s injuries.

The accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
