Two Huntsville residents were injured in a single vehicle accident occurring in Cherokee County over the weekend.
According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville, the accident took place at 3:45pm Sunday on Highway 411 and injured both the driver, 77 year old Kathryn Orr, and the passenger, 79 year old James Orr – when their 2012 Lexus crashed.
Both occupants were taken to UAB for treatment.
No additional information has yet been released regarding the severity of their injuries.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
