Two Injured in Motorcycle/Pickup Truck Accident in Leesburg Tuesday Morning / UPDATED

Two people were injured in an accident involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck, Tuesday morning in Leesburg.

That crash took place just after 10:00am at the intersection of 68 and 273, injuring both the driver of the motorcycle, and a female passenger who was air-lifted for treatment.  She was transported by ground units to the FEMA Building next to Leesburg Town Hall and was met there by a LifeSaver Helicopter; the accident report listed the driver of the Ford F150, as 18 year old Amber Renae Haston of a Cedar Bluff address, and the driver of the 2008 Kawasaki Motorcycle as 29 year old Curtis Lee Hamrick, also of Cedar Bluff. Hamrick was transported to Gadsden Regional by EMS ground units meanwhile a passenger on the bike, Johnna Leigh Graham of Piedmont, was air-lifted by LifeSaver Helicopter to a Huntsville-area hospital for treatment.
