Two Piedmont Men, Hokes Bluff Woman, Jailed Following a High-Speed Chase

Two Piedmont men and a Hokes Bluff woman were jailed following a high-speed chase that occurred Saturday, following a burglary on Croft Ferry Road East in Etowah County.

Sheriff Todd Entrekin said that the three suspects, 24 year old Justin Edward Davis, 34 year old Michael Anthony Sprayberry and 35 year old Brandi Sprayberry Holliday stand accused of entering the home after tossing a brick through a glass door. 

Once inside, the three allegedly took a laptop computer and a handgun.

Davis and Sprayberry are being held in the Cherokee County Detention Center after leading two deputies on a brief chase that ended in Etowah County.  The stolen laptop was found in the vehicle. 

The pair will be transported to the Etowah County Detention Center, following their release locally; Holliday is currently being held in Etowah County on a $10,000 bond.
