A two vehicle accident shutdown the Industrial Blvd. in front on Leesburg Town Hall on Friday afternoon.
According to Leesburg Police, two people including the driver of one of the vehicles and a three year old passenger were taken to Gadsden Regional from treatment of injuries, the drive of the second vehicle was treated and released at the scene.
Leesburg Police and Firefighters, Cherokee EMS and the Sand Rock Fire Department responded to the scene.
The exact cause of the accident is under investigation. We’ll have additional information as soon as the accident report is released by the Leesburg Police Department.
