There was a two-vehicle accident in front of the Centre Post Office at around 11:10 Monday morning,
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
According to Centre Police Department accident reports, one of the vehicles, a 2004 Toyota RAV, driven by a 76 year old Centre resident received considerable damage to the front end – while the other vehicle, a 2008 Ram 1500 truck, driven by a 51 year old resident of Lyerly, Georgia, suffered nothing more than some barely visible scratches along a running board.
