Wednesday August 9th starting at 8:00am the Weiss Lake Improvement Association will be building Fish Habitats to put into Weiss Lake.
Volunteers are needed to help construct them – and place them in various locations around the lake.
This will be the 5th Habitat Enhancement Program; those interested in volunteering should meet at the appointed time at 411 Waterfront Campground in Leesburg.
The Weiss Lake Improvement Association’s 2017 Tagged Bass Rodeo is offering anglers an opportunity to reel in a tagged fish worth $10,000 between now and September.
