A northwest Georgia woman was injured in a single-vehicle wreck taking place in Cherokee County Monday night.
According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident reports, 37 year old Amy Plough, of Rome, driving a 2006 Dodge, was hurt in the mishap, which occurred at 9:25pm near the 232 mile marker on Highway 411.
No additional information regarding the extent of her injuries was noted; however reports did indicate that she was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
