Yet another individual has been added to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office list of Registered Sex Offenders residing in the county.
32 year old Raymond Eugene Shepard, who was convicted of Statutory Rape, is currently living at 235 County Road 79 in Centre.
Shepard is a white male, five-feet-ten, weighing approximately 190 pounds – and has brown hair and brown eyes.
