Emergency personnel responded to the scene of an-wheeler accident, on Alabama Highway 9 north in Cedar Bluff Wednesday evening
The driver lost control of the 2005 Peterbilt and the rig went off of the road and overturned between Enon Grove Church and Deere Lane Run just prior to 6:00pm. The driver, listed as a male resident of Collinsville, was treated at the scene for what appeared to be only minor injuries, according to Cedar Bluff Police.
The truck was hauling a load of grain.
Cedar Bluff Police, Cedar Bluff Fire units, Alabama State Troopers and the Cherokee County EMA responded.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
