The City of Centre invites you to Miss October Fest Sunday September 20th at Gadsden State Cherokee Arena.
Miss Oktoberfest is sponsored by The Cherokee County High School Bass Fishing team and Southern Bank. Entry Forms are now available at Any School Office and Southern Bank.

The 39th Annual Centre Fall Festival is set for October 3rd on Main Street Downtown Centre.
Deadline for Food Vendors is September 21st. Anyone wanting to enter the Parade can contact City Hall For more information at 256-927-5222. This year promises to be bigger and better with the addition of the Corn Toss Contest With 1st Place Prize of $500.
Contact Councilmen Marc Johnson or Derrick Wheeler for more information. The Kid’s Fun Run or Walk will be held for ages 3 through 13 with entry forms on the WEIS Radio News Site at weisradio.com.
Entertainment for the event includes The Funny Dummy, Ventriloquist David Turner, Sir Clumsy The Clown, Train Ride, Cartoon Characters Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy, inflatable’s, vintage cars and tractors and much more.
